Inviting Your Team

People in Omniflow are tied to roles, teams, and skills. Roles control what they can see and do; teams group them for routing and reporting; skills tell the routing engine which conversations they can take.

Send invitations

Open Members

Go to Settings → Members. You’ll see everyone in the workspace plus pending invites.

Add email addresses

Paste a comma- or newline-separated list of emails. Omniflow validates the addresses and rejects obviously malformed ones before sending.

Pick a role

Each invite gets a role at creation time. You can change it later, but pick the right starting point so people don’t see things they shouldn’t.

RoleWhat they get
AdminFull access — billing, integrations, members, every screen.
SupervisorManage their team’s conversations, build training, review QA.
AgentHandle conversations, take training calls, see their own dashboards.
TraineeLimited to the Training module until promoted.

Send

Each invitee gets an email with a one-time link. Links expire after 14 days; resend from the Members tab if anyone misses theirs.

Auto-join by email domain

If your company uses a single domain, you can let new signups join automatically.

  1. Go to Settings → Members → Auto-join domains.
  2. Add the domain (e.g. acme.com).
  3. Pick the default role for auto-joined accounts — usually Agent.

Don’t auto-join sensitive domains like generic email providers (gmail.com, outlook.com). Anyone with an email at that domain can join your workspace silently. Only enable auto-join for domains you control.

Bulk invite from CSV

For larger rollouts, upload a CSV with columns email, role, team. Omniflow processes rows in the background and emails you a summary when it finishes.

Group people into teams

Teams are how you scope routing and reporting. Common shapes:

  • By region — EMEA support, APAC support.
  • By tier — Tier 1, Tier 2, Escalations.
  • By product — Cards team, Loans team.

Open Settings → Teams to create teams and add members. A person can belong to several teams.
