Settings is where workspace-wide configuration lives. The page has a lot of tabs because Omniflow does a lot β but each tab does one thing, and most teams set them once and rarely come back.

- Per-team: SLA scope, canned response scope, routing.
- Per-user: profile, signature, notification preferences. Each person manages their own.
