Creating a Workspace
A workspace is the container for everything in Omniflow β agents, contacts, conversations, integrations, billing. You usually have one workspace per company, but agencies and large enterprises sometimes run several.
Before you start
You need:
- A work email address (personal email is fine to evaluate the product, but not for production).
- A name for the workspace β typically your company or business unit name.
- Optional: an SSO domain if you want to auto-join people from
@yourcompany.com.
If youβve been invited to an existing workspace, you donβt need to create one β accept the invite link instead. See Inviting your team.
Create the workspace
Sign up
Go to the Omniflow sign-in page and choose Create a workspace. You can sign up with email + password or with a Google / Microsoft account.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for the verification message and click the link. Verification is required before you can invite teammates.
Name your workspace
Give it a short, recognizable name. This name shows up in the URL, in invite emails, and on every notification β pick something your teammates will recognize at a glance.
Pick your primary use case
Omniflow asks what you want to do first. The choice tunes the onboarding (which sections of the sidebar are highlighted) but doesnβt lock you in β every workspace gets every module.
| Use case | Sidebar tour |
|---|---|
| AI agents for customer support | Agents β Channels β Inbox |
| Sales training and coaching | Training β Scenarios β QA |
| QA analytics on existing transcripts | QA β Importing transcripts β Reports |
Set your timezone and language
These default to your browser settings; tweak them if you operate primarily in a different region. The workspace timezone drives SLA timers and business-hours rules.
What happens next
Omniflow provisions:
- A default AI agent seeded with a starter prompt you can edit.
- An empty inbox, contacts list, and knowledge base.
- A Members tab where you can invite the rest of your team.
- A set of starter training scenarios if you picked the training use case.
You can run multiple workspaces from a single Omniflow account. Use the workspace switcher in the top-left of the sidebar to move between them.
Open in Omniflow
- Open the workspace selector
- Open settings to fine-tune workspace defaults.
